Younes spent a decade in the trenches as a Tier 3 Network Operations Center (NOC) engineer for a major regional fiber provider, troubleshooting enterprise-grade routing protocols and fiber-optic degradation. In 2020, he transitioned to consumer advocacy, building standardized testing environments to benchmark Wi-Fi 6/7 routers, mesh systems, and DOCSIS 3.1 modems. He specializes in isolating local area network (LAN) bottlenecks from wide area network (WAN) ISP throttling.
