1. Service Availability and Accuracy Limitations

The diagnostic tools provided on VelocityVerify are offered "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." While we utilize state-of-the-art server infrastructure, internet speed test results are estimates subject to numerous external variables, including local network congestion, hardware limitations (e.g., outdated routers), background application usage, and ISP throttling. Our results are not legally binding documents and cannot be used as certified evidence in disputes with Internet Service Providers.

2. Acceptable Use and Infrastructure Protection

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our web-based testing tools for personal network diagnostics. You explicitly agree not to:

• Utilize automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to continuously run tests and burden our server infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the testing algorithms or bypass rate limits.
• Use the service to launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against our testing nodes.

Violations of these terms will result in immediate IP blacklisting from our testing infrastructure.
